Job Description
Qualified Social Worker, Service Manager, Shropshire Council, Adults Commissioning & Governance Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Mental Health Social Work team
Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Mental Health Social Work team
The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of people who suffer from mental health illnesses under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager
The responsibilities will include:
• The role is to manager Mental Health, EDT, Professional unit & Joint Training Operational teams within Adult Services
• Care Management
• Review Care Packages
• Adult Placement
• Report writing
• Home Visits
• Liaise with other professionals
• 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• 2 Month Temporary Contract
• Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance
