Job Description
Qualified Social Worker, Enfield Council, Adults Learning Disabilities & Care Management Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team
Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team
The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager
The responsibilities will include:
• Team is part of an integrated health and social care service providing a wide range of support to people with learning disabilities and their carers
• Service is fully committed to working with people with learning disabilities to increase their independence and inclusion and to maximise their control over their lives
• Team is very forward thinking and encourage staff to develop their professional skills so as to impact the lives of those we serve
• Have extensive experience of working with vulnerable service users and their carers
• Be committed to the principles of personalisation and have a track record in supporting people to maximise their control
• Being creative in developing support plans that develop the service user and demonstrates best value and community inclusion
• Will primarily be conducted reviews of existing LD service users current packages of care
• 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• 2 Month Temporary Contract
• Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
