Job Description
Support Worker, Social Care Assessor, Cheshire East Council, Adults Hospital Team - Must have a minimum of 2 years+ UK experience within an Adult Social Work team
Our client is looking for a support Worker with 2 years+ UK experience within an Adults team
The responsibilities will include:
• Support to short term services during winter pressures
• Hospital or Intermediate Care social work experience required
• Ability to work at speed and manage turnover
• Role will also work with rapid care, reablement and short term beds in the community
• Liaise appropriately with colleagues and other professionals
• 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• Immediate start
• 3 Month Temporary Contract
The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, have a current CRB and be a car driver.
