Job Description
Qualified Social Worker, Wrexham Council, Adult Disability Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team
Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team
The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager
The responsibilities will include:
• Service to children & Adults with a physical Disability and a Learning Disability
• Access to specialist Health Professionals ( LD Nurses and Consultant Psychiatrist) to support adults with a Learning Disability
• Liaise with other professionals
• 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• 2 Month Temporary Contract
• Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
