Job Description
Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager, Gloucestershire Council, Adult Home to Decide Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team
Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team
The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager
The responsibilities will include:
• Dedicated to supporting our local residents following hospital discharge within South Gloucestershire
• Help improve the quality of services provided to adults with care, working closely within a team of service co-ordinators, occupational therapists, commissioning officers, business support workers and rapid responders to ensure that agreed performance and quality standards are achieved across the team and that working practices meet statutory and local requirements that optimise outcomes for service users
• Report writing
• Liaise with other professionals
• 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• 2 Month Temporary Contract
• Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
