Job Description
Support Worker, West Midlands Council, Children And Families Safeguarding Team - Must be a Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Support Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team
Our client is looking for a support Worker with 2 years+ UK experience within a Children’s team
The responsibilities will include:
• Direct work with children and families
• Supporting with visits on duty
• Making referrals to other agencies/signposting families
• Liaise appropriately with colleagues and other professionals
• Keeping case records updated following visits or intervention
• 35 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• Immediate Start
• 3 Month Temporary Contract
The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
